Every thursday Flo hosts his night at P.S.T He brings a special vibe and a unique flavour(crazy coconut) to birminghams nightlife the man they refer to as le pimpernel always delivers a special kind of atmosphere the music is always exciting and friendly, the link to robin don is tangible as Flo pays homage to his countryman by incorparating friendly fire productions and musicians from the band performing alongside him in his dj sets.

Flo is a master selector and wastes no time taking you on a journey through reggae country african riddims dub and dubstep productions it is eclectic but seemless liquid in and out of the different genres whilst still repping local artist this is one of his deepest qualities.

so he leaves me with the perfect record to follow ive never heard it but its perfect it has everything that iam about he knows and waltzes off to take care of everything else my turn to select i do believe i have to begin with a unit classic from the man like robin don. this is my second time at Go with the flo and the first time i played i played the jah army riddim so i knew it was right to play it twice (Flo also plays a track twice) i played tanya stephens on newyears eve 2010/11 in the main room of pst so imix it outta mad professor and some people start to arrive and vibe with me, my intention is clear, warm and eazy e vibes is set to follow i try to make a soundsystem sing and the people dance juggling records and mp3s is a must in this century if i truly am gonna represent this country proper some exclusives are only on mp3 watch the mixin its basic but effective. iam the gatekeeper to a special kind of uk sound i been here since 19 long time

its Dilla month so i test the system with Jungle Love beat is so heavy rhyme so on point (its going well) i come with classic material you have never heard before we twist and push the envelope take you in and out your comfort zone the crowd is buildin still and as midnight approaches in walk the man like bongo damo long time friend and mentor i know what he wants to hear and iam the only dj with balls big enough to front this shit Brand fucking new music mixes with classics and its all fun lets move this thing to the nxt level the vibes were high the women wre there it was a most beautiful happening i have been making tastes since 1995 and its evident as the party heats up so does the tempo we now bubbling nicely ready for the big tune to drop the barrington levy remix is so hype i cant help but throw my hand in the air i love what i do, on to the wheel ups i pull a couple of tunes back to the top for the people dem job done i ease into the night with some of my favourite records and finish with my fave dilla joint . flo comes back on and the vibes flo to higher vibration the selections get deeper and nicer two o'clock comes too soon and you have to wait till next week when it will be even better than you remember one
